State v. Letendre

In this case, the ACLU-NH seeks release of a 49-page internal investigation summary prepared by the Dover Police Department documenting misconduct of a police officer who was subsequently fired and charged criminally. On February 4, 2021, the Court ordered disclosure of the report, holding that public release would not infringe on the officer's right to a fair trial.
