No administration should be allowed to circumvent the law to unilaterally strip students of status, disrupt their studies, and put them at risk of deportation.

The parties have reached an agreement that blocks the department from taking any enforcement action under either directive until at least April 24, 2025.

The federal court in New Hampshire said during an emergency hearing today that it would temporarily restore the F-1 student immigration status of a Dartmouth College student.

The lawsuit asks the court to reinstate this student’s F-1 student status, which would allow him to continue his studies. 

Make no mistake: this bill is anti-liberty, anti-due process, and will result in thousands of non-dangerous Granite Staters being jailed - all at high taxpayer expense and despite being presumed innocent in the eyes of the law.
