The ACLU of New Hampshire and New Hampshire Legal Assistance filed a lawsuit against the City of Manchester to postpone the planned eviction of unhoused individuals at the encampment at Pine and Manchester Streets.

The U.S. District Court its latest decision in the lawsuit challenging New Hampshire’s “banned concepts” law, allowing the challenge against the law to proceed.

The ACLU of New Hampshire, joined by eight other advocates and groups, sent a letter to the City of Manchester asking that they postpone the planned eviction of unhoused individuals at the encampment at Pine and Manchester Streets.
